Acumen introduced its spin out of Lean Data SM, the nonprofit impact investment fund's approach to impact measurement, into a separate social enterprise, 60 Decibels.
Together, Acumen and 60 Decibels will use Lean Data to set new standards for how impact is being measured by impact investors, social enterprises, and the international development sector.
Lean Data will build on Acumen's work over the last 18 years in leveraging the power of mobile technology to communicate directly with low-income customers and beneficiaries. It is equipped to efficiently gather high-quality impact data and at a fraction of the time of traditional approaches.
Lean Data is developed by Acumen under the leadership of Sasha Dichter and Tom Adams.
